Nattokinase — 3,000 FU Per Dose
Standardized to 3,000 Fibrinolytic Units (FU) per dose — a specification that describes enzyme activity under defined assay conditions, not ingredient weight. FU and milligrams are not interchangeable. Enterinex™ nattokinase is sourced from non-soy fermentation and tested lot-by-lot for activity confirmation.

Amla — Whole Fruit & 30:1 Extract
Enterinex™ formulas include two distinct forms of Amla (Phyllanthus emblica): whole dried fruit powder and a concentrated 30:1 extract. Together they provide naturally occurring Vitamin C alongside tannins, gallic acid, and emblicanin A and B.

Sophora japonica — Quercetin Source
Quercetin in Enterinex™ is derived from Sophora japonica flower buds — one of the most concentrated natural sources of quercetin rutinoside. Quercetin is a flavonoid studied in laboratory and clinical contexts for its interaction with cellular signaling pathways.

Guava (Psidium guajava)
Guava leaf and fruit are rich in polyphenols including quercetin glycosides, gallic acid, and catechins. Guava contributes to the polyphenol diversity of the formula alongside Sophora japonica.
Piperine — Bioavailability Delivery
Piperine (from Piper nigrum, black pepper) is included at a controlled low concentration. Its role is delivery-focused: piperine has been studied for its interaction with nutrient and phytochemical absorption pathways.
Sunflower Lecithin — Delivery Matrix
Sunflower lecithin is included as a phospholipid delivery component. Phosphatidylcholine-rich lecithin supports dispersibility of lipophilic botanical compounds in aqueous environments. Sunflower-sourced lecithin is used to avoid soy allergen exposure.
Bromelain — Pineapple Stem Enzyme
Bromelain in Enterinex™ is derived from pineapple stem (Ananas comosus). Like nattokinase, bromelain potency is expressed in activity units (GDU or MCU) — not milligrams.

Licorice Root — Low Dose (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Licorice root is included at a deliberately low dose. At low concentrations it contributes its polyphenol and flavonoid fraction — including glabridin and liquiritin — without the glycyrrhizin load associated with high-dose licorice preparations.
Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)
Green tea extract contributes epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and related catechins. Enterinex™ uses a standardized green tea extract to ensure consistent catechin content per dose.
PFAS, Forever Chemicals & Gut Health
Emerging research has raised questions about the accumulation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) — commonly known as forever chemicals — in the gastrointestinal tract and their potential interactions with gut barrier function. AMLApure’s ingredient sourcing and formulation approach is informed by this research context.
