Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@amlapuresuperc.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable products

Opened or used supplements and products without their original packaging cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
